Nowadays, along with economic development, an increasing number of industrial parks are being established. Consequently, investors' telecommunication needs are continuously growing, evolving from traditional voice services to data transmission, broadband Internet, and other value-added services.

Recognizing this demand, since 2004, the Company has proactively built a professional workforce and sought partners to supply equipment and construct network infrastructure. This initiative aims to meet investors' telecommunications needs through multi-service models, including: voice communication, digital subscriber lines (DSL) utilized for various services such as voice, data transmission, internet, and conferencing over a single cable pair; data transmission; frame relay; and packet switching.

However, establishing reliable communication systems within underground tunnels remains one of the most challenging requirements for construction contractors.
