Kasati successfully holds the 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders
On April 24, 2025, KASATI Joint Stock Company successfully held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at the Company's headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City.The Meeting was attended by 46 shareholders and authorized representatives, representing 4,889,408 shares, equivalent to 81.6% of total voting shares.The General Meeting approved key matters including:2024 business performance results and the 2025 business plan;
Profit distribution for 2024 and the dividend plan for 2025;
Reports from the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board;
Business development, bidding participation, and contract execution plans;
Dismissal and election of additional Board members for the 2021–2025 term;
