Telecommunications Network Quality Testing and Measurement

In 2007, KASATI prepared to establish the Testing & Measurement Department, specializing in providing testing, measurement, and evaluation services for equipment, network quality, and telecom/IT services. After more than a year of preparation, the Ministry of Information and Communications issued Decision No. 1188/QĐ-BTT&TT on August 5, 2008, officially designating the Technical Testing & Measurement Department under KASATI.

Testing and measurement activities serving quality management under the specialized administration of the Ministry of Information and Communications include two designated categories: testing long-distance domestic microwave transmission stations and public terrestrial mobile phone base stations (BTS).

Since its establishment, the Company has conducted testing and measurement for thousands of stations for network operators such as Vinaphone, Mobifone, and Viettel, contributing to enhancing the quality and services of mobile communication networks.

Providing training, professional development, and technical guidance on testing and measurement practices specialized in posts, telecommunications, and information technology.

Participating in international cooperation activities within the field of specialized testing and measurement for posts, telecommunications, and information technology.
