KASATI Joint Stock Company originated from Information Equipment Repair Enterprise No. 2, established in 1976. On October 8, 1985, it was renamed Information Equipment Scientific Production Enterprise No. 2 and officially transformed into a joint-stock company on December 2, 2002.

Established in 1976, KASATI has undergone half a century of continuous breakthroughs, solidifying its position as a pioneer in Vietnam’s telecommunications and technology sectors through strategic milestones:
1976 – 1989: Overcoming Challenges & Brand Establishment
• Takeover & Rehabilitation: Resiliently navigated post-war challenges, successfully executing the takeover, repair, and installation of legacy telecommunications infrastructure.
• Self-Reliant Innovation: Successfully developed the solid-state conversion program for Jerrold microwave equipment; spearheaded the operation of the entire Mekong Delta Microwave Network.
• Market Breakthrough: Independently designed and manufactured antenna amplifiers (TV-Boosters), dominating the domestic market and laying a solid foundation for the birth of the KASATI brand.
1990 – 2002: Pioneering the Digitalization of Vietnam's Telecom Sector
• International Cooperation: Led the partnership program with AWA (Australia) to manufacture and supply 2,000 units of RMD-1504 digital microwave equipment.
• Infrastructure Modernization: Successfully replaced the North-South open-wire trunk line and expanded the microwave network to provinces and districts nationwide, marking KASATI’s role as a pioneer in Vietnam's telecom digitalization revolution.
2008 – 2010: Technology Validation & Scale Expansion
• Since 2008: Partnered with King’s Group (Taiwan) to manufacture prefabricated shelters, supplying over 1,000 BTS shelters to major carriers, including Vinaphone and Mobifone.
• November 2009: Proudly won the Third Prize at the prestigious "Vietnamese Talents Awards" for the “Unmanned Telecom Station Monitoring and Control System – PACC NetSys V1.1”.
• 2010: Officially listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) under the ticker symbol KST, enhancing brand credibility and value in the financial market.
Present Era: Strategic Partner to Global Tech Giants
KASATI continuously expands its core competencies, asserting its position as a leading contractor for the installation and configuration of telecom equipment—deploying thousands of 2G/3G/4G/5G stations for major mobile networks (Vinaphone, Mobifone, Viettel, etc.) through key global partnerships:
• Since 2016: Became the MICROWAVE partner for NEC, supplying equipment and auxiliary systems for over 3,000 SDH microwave hops for Viettel and Mobifone networks.
• Since 2018: Became the CORE network partner for ERICSSON.
• Since 2019: Became the RAN partner for ZTE.
• Since 2021: Became the MANE, DWDM, and GPON partner for HUAWEI.

Mr. Lê Phước Hiền has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications, corporate management, and strategic development. He has led and participated in the implementation of numerous large-scale telecommunications infrastructure projects and has played a key role in guiding KASATI’s transformation into a technology-driven enterprise focused on digital infrastructure and digital platform integration.

VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS * Master of Information Systems Management
Mr. Vũ Hoàng Hà has over 20 years of experience in finance, investment, technology, and project development. He previously held several key leadership positions at VNDIRECT Securities Corporation and IPA Asset Management Co., Ltd. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Post and Telecommunication Joint Stock Insurance Corporation (PTI). He contributes to KASATI’s investment strategy and supports the development of an integrated business ecosystem that combines finance, technology, and project execution capabilities.

Mr. Nguyễn Long has nearly 30 years of experience in corporate financial management and human resource management. Mr. Nguyễn Công Thái brings more than 28 years of experience in Telecommunications and Information Technology. Having progressed through a wide range of roles—from design engineer, technical manager, and Head of Engineering to executive leadership—he possesses comprehensive technical and management expertise.
With experience across foreign joint ventures, Business Cooperation Contract (BCC) operations, government regulatory agencies, and joint-stock companies, he advocates a management philosophy grounded in professionalism, discipline, accountability, and operational excellence as the foundation for sustainable organizational growth.

Ms. Hoàng Thị Minh Phương has more than nine years of experience in corporate legal affairs, corporate governance, and compliance management. With more than 25 years of dedication to KASATI, Mr. Võ Ngọc Anh has grown alongside the Company from a telecommunications engineer to Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Leveraging strong technical expertise and extensive experience managing large-scale telecommunications projects both domestically and internationally, he consistently promotes innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
