KASATI Joint Stock Company originated from Information Equipment Repair Enterprise No. 2, established in 1976. On October 8, 1985, it was renamed Information Equipment Scientific Production Enterprise No. 2 and officially transformed into a joint-stock company on December 2, 2002.

Mr. Lê Phước Hiền has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications, corporate management, and strategic development. He has led and participated in the implementation of numerous large-scale telecommunications infrastructure projects and has played a key role in guiding KASATI’s transformation into a technology-driven enterprise focused on digital infrastructure and digital platform integration.

Mr. Vũ Hoàng Hà has over 20 years of experience in finance, investment, technology, and project development. He previously held several key leadership positions at VNDIRECT Securities Corporation and IPA Asset Management Co., Ltd. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Post and Telecommunication Joint Stock Insurance Corporation (PTI). He contributes to KASATI’s investment strategy and supports the development of an integrated business ecosystem that combines finance, technology, and project execution capabilities.

Mr. Nguyễn Công Thái brings more than 28 years of experience in Telecommunications and Information Technology. Having progressed through a wide range of roles—from design engineer, technical manager, and Head of Engineering to executive leadership—he possesses comprehensive technical and management expertise.
With experience across foreign joint ventures, Business Cooperation Contract (BCC) operations, government regulatory agencies, and joint-stock companies, he advocates a management philosophy grounded in professionalism, discipline, accountability, and operational excellence as the foundation for sustainable organizational growth.

Ms. Hoàng Thị Minh Phương has more than nine years of experience in corporate legal affairs, corporate governance, and compliance management. With more than 25 years of dedication to KASATI, Mr. Võ Ngọc Anh has grown alongside the Company from a telecommunications engineer to Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Leveraging strong technical expertise and extensive experience managing large-scale telecommunications projects both domestically and internationally, he consistently promotes innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
